Transfers
Manor Park is the only Resort Condominium that will be providing it’s clients and guests complimentary transfers on the hour / every hour to the Market Village and town center and another transfer to the beach. These transfers will be operated free of charge and will start from 0900 hrs – 0000 hrs.

Shopping
The main reception will also feature 6 shops including a convenience store, a tour desk with car and motorbike rentals, an ATM Cash machine, a laundry and other stores for the convenience of our clients.

Swimming pools in every stage.
Each stage will have it’s own swimming pools and children’s dip pool with large sun deck area. In addition, we have a large swimming pool at Club Manor making a total of 4 swimming pools in the complex.

Pool bar in every stage.
This bar will provide drinks and snacks to it’s tenants and guests around the pool and sun deck area.

Family Barbeque grills
BBQ grills with family seating around the pool area for our tenants to enjoy an outdoor feast. Our kitchen will provide the necessary equipment needed to get you started and on order our chef’s will prepare and serve the food as well.

Racquets Club
Club Manor will have 2 championship tennis courts. Tennis coaching will be available and we will be having children’s summer training camps.
In addition to this we will also have two squash courts, a badminton court and many table tennis tables. There will also be a putting green to practice before going out to one of the many championship golf courses located around Manor Park.

Children’s Nursery and Play Room
Manor Park is a family oriented resort and we have a air-conditioned play room and nursery with trained baby sitters and teachers to care of your young ones. Fitness Center and State of the art gymnasium
There are no fitness centers in Hua Hin. Club Manor will have the largest fitness center and gymnasium in Hua Hin with state of the art equipment. In addition to this, we will also have yoga classes, health and well being plans, introduction to fitness, aerobics and lots more.

Snooker and Pool Room
Full size snooker and billiards tables and smaller pool tables in our snooker room on the ground floor next to the reception.

Ladies / Gentlemen Locker rooms with sauna
We provide lockers in our changing rooms. These lockers are large and are available to all our clients. We have provided ample lockers and it is not necessary to book on a long term basis. There are also saunas in both ladies and gents changing rooms with showers and toilets.

Free form swimming pool with waterfalls and Jacuzzis
Our pool is huge and connects with a waterfall to 4 smaller pools with many Jacuzzis placed discreetly in hidden corners. All along the pool is a sun deck and a larger area for lounging in the adjacent gardens.

Gardens & Jogging track
Manor Park boasts of over 40% is designated as a green area. We have lush tropical gardens, walk ways, jogging paths and lakes. At Manor Park, you are at one with nature.

Day Spa
Club Manor is also home to S’mor Spa. This is a reputed Spa in Khao Takiab on the sea front that has been established in Hua Hin since 2003. Night Club and Discotheque
As with any 5 star hotel or resort, entertainment plays an important role. We have decided to provide clients with the best that there is to offer. Our Discotheque is a huge 2000 sq. meters built on two floors with an opening in the center. The building is a unique hexagon shape and is located at the far end of the property adjacent to the conference center. Access to the discotheque is available by walking from all 3 stages or to outsiders while securing the privacy of our tenants.
